• It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using our platform is legal in your specific region or state.
• Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Madrasbook are prohibited from participating in betting activities on the platform.

3. Account Registration & Security

• You are permitted to open and operate only one active account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended or closed.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID and password. Madrasbook is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your negligence.
• You must provide accurate and verifiable information during registration and payment processing.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

• All financial transactions are processed securely. We support standard Indian payment methods including UPI, Bank Transfer, and authorized wallets.
• Withdrawal requests are processed promptly, usually within a few minutes to hours, subject to standard banking hours and security checks.
• Madrasbook reserves the right to withhold withdrawals if fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of terms is suspected.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed through your provided Cricket ID or Exchange ID are final. It is your responsibility to review your bets before confirming. In the event of a technical error, match cancellation, or suspected match-fixing, Madrasbook and its partner exchanges reserve the right to void bets according to standard industry rules.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice if we suspect cheating, use of automated bots, arbitrage betting, or any violation of these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Madrasbook acts solely as an ID provider. We do not host the actual betting markets. We shall not be held liable for any financial losses, damages, or technical issues experienced on the partner platforms (e.g., Mahadev Book, 999exch, etc.). Betting involves financial risk, and you participate entirely at your own discretion.

8. Changes to Terms

Madrasbook reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
